Delivery timelines depend on the type and complexity of the project. Estimated delivery timeframes are communicated after reviewing the submitted materials.
While we strive to meet deadlines, delays may occur due to incomplete client input, technical issues, or revisions beyond the initial scope.

Upon full payment, the client receives rights to the final delivered content. However, Echocraft Studio retains the right to use non-confidential work for portfolio, marketing, or demonstration purposes.
Clients must ensure they have the legal rights to all materials provided to us. We are not responsible for copyright violations related to client-supplied content.
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not available once work has begun. If a project has not yet started, a refund may be considered.
In rare cases, partial refunds may be issued if the service cannot be completed. All refund decisions are made at our discretion.
Echocraft Studio shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
